GIVING BACK TO THOSE WHO SERVE

Do you want to be a part of something great? Considering being a sponsor.

Many individuals who serve our country, states, or cities hesitate to seek any form of counseling due to the stigma involved.  We want to offer those who are serving an opportunity to receive Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP), however many cannot afford to pay out of pocket for these services.

Annie Up Counseling has developed "Got Your Back Saturdays" in order to offer free one time sessions for service members in need.  However, many of our clients are coming with multiple traumas and/or ongoing traumas as well as broken relationships with self and others.  In order to serve this population adequately, we want to be able to have weekly or bi-weekly session with them.  This is where we would like to ask for your help.  If you are interested in being a sponsor for one of our heroes or equine partners, please consider a monthly donation or a one time gift.

Your financial assistance will help this population receive weekly therapy sessions at a lower rate.

Other ways to support: buy our products in our merchandise.  All profits go towards the sponsorship of those serving our great country.

What does Sponsorship look like and how does it work?

If you or your family would like to sponsor an individual and/or family, please contact us so we can get your information and get you linked up with an individual needing sessions.  If we do not have a client waiting on sponsorship, we will put your name on the list as an "upcoming" sponsor.

When a client contacts us for treatment, we schedule them for an intake session which the client is responsible for paying to full balance.  If the client wishes to continue treatment with us and they cannot afford full price, we will look to our sponsor for assistance.  The client will be expected to pay 50%-75% of their invoice with the sponsor paying what is remaining.

Due to confidentiality, we cannot disclose the information of the client the sponsor is assisting.  However, I ask/encourage each client who uses a sponsor to send a note at some point during their treatment.  I cannot force this due to confidentiality, but I highly encourage it even if they do not wish to put their name.  I also give them to option to write a note and I mail it so there is not identifying information in order to protect the client.

This is a NEW way we are trying things, so bare with us and please do not hesitate to ask questions. We appreciate your consideration to be a sponsor.
